Q: I bought an EMSTesting.com access card, but when I first log in after being accepted into the class the site is asking me to pay.

A: Although a student may have purchased an access card for EMSTesting.com, the website does not know this until they enter their access card number(located on the back of the card once the student scratches off the silver bar).

The “Pay Now” window that pops up on the student side actually has 2 options for payment: Either paying with a credit card, or by entering their access card number down at the bottom of the window. Once they enter their access card number they should be all set and ready to start taking tests.

However, if there is any problem with their access card, or the site does not seem to want to accept it, students can always give our support line number a call((616) 818-7877) and we should be able to get them set.
