Link to Skill Events From Skill Details in Progress Report.

Now when users run Progress Reports in Platinum Planner, in the Skill Attempt Details section the Title of the events where skills were documented will appear as links. These links will lead to a view of the documentation to make auditing of skills more efficient. The adjustments that can be completed when viewing will depend on the user’s role and permissions.
