Add Skill Definition Popups to Progress Report

When users are reviewing Progress Reports in Platinum Planner, they will now see an orange question mark to the right of singular skills. When clicked, a pop-up window will appear that provides skill description information.

Move Export Button for All Data to Top of the Forms Detail Report

When running the Form Reporting reports using the Run Report Detail selection, we duplicated the option to export the entire report, so the button will now appear at the top and bottom of the page. We have also collapsed the individual form control sections to improve navigation on the page.

Custom Skill Creation Prereq Skill List Not Scrollable

Previously, when School Administrators created or edited custom skills, the “Prerequisite Skills” dropdown did not have its own scroll bar. You had to scroll the whole page. We have added a separate scroll bar for improved navigation.
