Expand ALS/BLS to all EMS

We have now added the ability for all levels of EMS to add, track, and report on students’ contact types! Students of any level will now see the new dropdown in their clinical documentation when adding a patient to add ALS/BLS to them. In addition, we have also added additional functionality to the general report so now instructors and School Administrators are able to filter the “student patients matrix” report by ALS or BLS.
