Batch Grading for SMC23 Simulations

Now for SMC23 courses tracking the Simulation Center/Lab hours category, School or Course Admins will see a new clinical class setting, Enable Batch Sim Grading. Much like the Enable batch grading option for lab documentation, Enable Batch Sim Grading will give instructors the option to create, document, and approve Simulation Center/Lab documentation for their students as a group via a Batch Graded Sim.
