Make SMC23 Simulation Opportunities Patient Exposures Default to Capstone Prerequisite

When students are completing documentation for opportunities associated with the Simulation Center/Lab hours category, the Overall Exposure dropdown will now default to the Capstone Prerequisite option when adding new patients. This is live on the website and will be available with the next update of the app which will be coming soon.
