Allow for instructor to update notes on documentation without changing status

With this new feature, instructors can now add a note to a piece of documentation without having to change the status of that documentation. No longer will a note only be saved by approving, rejecting, or returning. Now when a note is added a new button will appear, aptly named “save note”. You can simply press this button, and your note will be saved!
